Sindi Taylor strode into Spica's library, her long dark hair flying behind her as she turned into one of the many aisles. Before her were probably a hundred books, piled up on the tall mahogany shelf. Sindi needed some more books for the students to use as research on their history assignments.
She pulled out tome after tome, stacking them neatly in her arms. Placing them on one of the nearby desks, Sindi picked up the top one and began leafing through it. The pages were made of parchment, and the ink words were beginning to fade. She would need to make sure that the students were careful with this one.
Hmm...this'll be interesting. There were complete chapters written in Old English. The students would have a hard time deciphering the author's knowledge, but that was what history was about.

It was Amanda's first day in Spica after the previous term had just ended. She really had a wonderful vacation with her family in her hometown. But deep down, she really missed her school where she would meet her teachers and friends again. She missed doing tricks using her powers with her friends, although it was forbidden, but it was part of her experience of being in Spica.
That day, after putting her bags and stuffs in her dorm room, she strolled into the library on her own. She wandered in the giant hall with bookshelves to see something she could read. It was not until she found someone she knew who was reading a book
"Oh, afternoon, Miss Taylor." Amanda greeted the young woman in a slow tone.

Aoife pushed open the door to the library and closed it silently behind her. She looked at a plan of the library then headed towards her chosen section, buzzing with the excitement she always received upon entering a new library. She browsed for a minute then selcted a couple of books, moving to another section and choosing a couple more. She was sorely tempted to get more but she knew that she had plenty of time to read as much as she wanted. Heading to the desk area she noticed someone flicking through an old book and figured her to be a teacher...there weren't many people of her age that enjoyed reading. She took a seat at one of the tables and began to read her own book.

"Hello Amanda." Sindi smiled as she glanced up at the one of her students. She closed the first book, setting it aside and picked up another one. This one detailed one of the many wars in human history. Her students needed to know about to the past to be prepared for the future. "How was your vacation?"
As she asked Amanda Redford her question, there was a movement at the corner of her eye. A new student. A young girl behind a large book. She wondered if she would be taking her history class.

Amanda smiled at Miss Taylor. "Oh, it was great, thanks." the girl was happy to Miss Taylor. She was one of her favorite teachers. She was always kind and clear in teaching the lesson. and that made Amanda to achieve good scores in History. Using her telekinetic power, Amanda gestured her hand as a book started moving and then landed on her hands. She opened it up and flicked the pages.

Sindi flipped through the rest of the books. There were about four books that weren't suitable so she grabbed the small stack and went back to where they originally belonged. The history teacher put them all back carefully, sure that she didn't damage any of the ancient books. She went over to the librarian's office, borrowed a book trolley and began loading up the books that she found into it.

Amanda read the book and kept flicking the pages. The book was about the Egyptian Myth in which she really liked it. Nice, I think I'm going to borrow this one, she thought. Then, the girl saw the history teacher loading the book trolleys with some books. "So, how's your holiday, Ma'am?" she asked the teacher as she was starting to find some more books to borrow.

By this point Aoife had flicked through her books and decided that for her first choices they were good, now all she had to do was sign them out. Looking around she saw the teacher that had been adressed as Miss Taylor who was filling up a book trolley. She stood up and gathered her books into her arms. She walked over to the teacher "excuse me miss, I was just wondering how I go about taking out books" she asked politely
